This mural celebrates Charles Leclerc’s first-place finish at the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix, a triumph made even more special as Monaco is his home. I aimed to capture the exhilaration of his victory and the collective pride of the Monaco people. Working with gouache gave me the opportunity to explore the interplay of lighting and colour that encapsulates the energy of race day. This piece was a joyful challenge as the bigger size pushed me to experiment my creatively in showcasing his “unofficial prince of Monaco” title.
